Some customs charges for Canadian orders may also apply.

    No Restocking Fees

       At Simply Clocks, we do not charge a restocking fee for any item under $500.00. For items over $500.00, there is a restocking fee of 10% of the purchase price. This is necessary to defray the costs of processing and shipping our higher priced clocks. A 10% restocking fee will also be assessed on all refused shipments.

    30 Day Full Refund Policy

       Simply Clocks offers a 30 Day No Questions Asked Return Policy. Return your clock for any reason and you will receive a full refund, with No Restocking Fees on orders under $500.00. You are responsible for return shipping charges. The clock must be received by us in salable condition with all parts and accessories intact. Click HERE to see our Return Policy for details.

    No Sales Tax

        We do not charge any Sales Tax, regardless of the amount, or the number of items, except for orders shipping to New Jersey. This is a considerable savings for you, our customer. Because we are located in the State of New Jersey, we are required to collect sales tax on orders being shipped to that state.
